Pricing questions

Commitment, cancellation, and where to start

The questions clinics ask before choosing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No lock-in beyond the billing cycle you choose. Xona AEO tiers are month to month per domain. LPS monthly billing runs month to month; annual billing runs for the year and carries the discounted rate.

What happens if we cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Your service stays active until the end of the cycle you have paid for. If you cancel Xona AEO, your website simply serves directly again, unchanged — nothing breaks.

What does the LPS setup fee cover?

Everything needed before go-live: account setup, AI agent training and polish for your clinic, a supervised test run, service configuration (work hours, overflow and after-hours rules), phone forwarding setup, and dental-software workflow testing. It is often waived during onboarding — we confirm it in your leakage review.

Which one do we need first?

Start with the free scans — both take minutes and neither needs a login. If patients and AI assistants can’t find you, fix findability first (Xona AEO or the $599 rebuild). If you’re found but the schedule leaks — missed calls, open slots, recall backlog — start with LPS. Many clinics need both; they fix different leaks.
