- Improved ## Your AI sticks to each patient's language Phone AI now stays in the caller's language for the whole call (still following them if they switch), missed-call text-backs go out in the patient's language, and your AI's default language is now picked from a list of 12 supported languages instead of typed by hand.
- New ## Curve Dental clinics can now self-connect Curve Dental appears in Settings → Integrations: enter your Curve login and our team finishes the setup for you — no back-and-forth emails.
- New ## See what your team already closed in Needs you Needs you now has a Done view: the last 100 items you and your team closed — who closed each one, when, and why. Open a closed item to see the request it came from.

- Fixed ## An apology for a misdial no longer stops a client's reminders When someone texts back "sorry, wrong number", the AI now works out who is mistaken. If they dialled you by accident, nothing is paused. If the number really is not the client's, it still pauses — and when that number has called or texted you before, it asks them to confirm first instead of guessing.
- Fixed ## Fewer things in Needs you that you cannot act on Two kinds of item stopped appearing. A recall text that bounces off a landline: recall keeps calling those clients, so there was nothing for you to finish. And a late thank-you — "sorry, only just saw this, thanks!" — which used to park as unfinished work.
- Fixed ## Callers stop being told the booking system is down When the AI could not offer times, it used to tell the caller the booking system was having problems and hand them to your team — even when nothing was wrong. Now it gives the real reason (a service it still needs to know, or a change inside your cancellation window) and carries on booking.
- New ## See — and undo — when texts to a number are off A conversation now tells you when texts to that number are switched off, with one click to turn them back on. When the phone carrier is the one blocking, it says so and names the only thing that works: asking the client to text START. Client records also stopped saying a client opted out when it was your own team that paused them.
- Improved ## Book: pick the length and the provider Booking now always asks how long the visit should be — the service's usual length is one tap — and shows every provider as a filter, each with their own openings. Patient details open right inside the booking panel, and appointment types with no standard length in your practice system now ask instead of failing.
- Improved ## Calendar: click to book, safer saves Hover any free slot to see exactly where a click will book, then click to open the New-appointment card — with length chips, the full service list, and a heads-up when the time lands on another appointment. New bookings and moves wait 10 seconds so Undo cancels cleanly, and bookings can text the patient a confirmation with the result shown in the patient's record.
- New ## After-visit care texts When a visit is marked complete in your practice system, Xona can text the patient the next morning — a welcome after their first visit, or aftercare with a full instruction page after a root canal, extraction, or filling. You pick which services get which message, everything sends in the patient's language, and you can skip anyone before it goes. Off until you turn it on.

- Fixed ## We stop texting numbers that can't receive texts Reminders, recall and booking texts now skip phone numbers the carrier has proven can't receive SMS — landlines and repeatedly-undeliverable numbers. Fewer dead-end texts, and fewer of the same patients bouncing back to "Needs you." We still phone those patients for recall, and a number that texts you back is reactivated automatically.
- Fixed ## Fewer false "trouble processing" texts to patients When the AI needed a few extra seconds to answer a patient's text, it sometimes sent them a "sorry, trouble processing" message and opened a follow-up task for you. We gave it the time it needs, so that spurious text and task now happen far less often.
- Fixed ## The Today "Calls" filter works again On Today, tapping the "Calls" filter used to blank the whole list. It now shows the patients who have call follow-ups, and the always-empty "Recovery" filter has been removed.
- Fixed ## Smarter reminder replies Reminder texts no longer ask for a birth date just to confirm; a simple 'no changes' counts as confirmation; dates read fully in the patient's language; and on a shared family phone the AI always names whose appointment is whose.
- Improved ## Real dollars from your PMS on the results dashboard The results dashboard now shows the actual dollar value of the appointments Xona books and confirms — pulled straight from your PMS — instead of a flat estimate.
- New ## See what your AI booked, right in Activities Every appointment your AI books, cancels, or reschedules — by call or text — now appears in Activities, with a new Appointments filter. Click any row for the details: the change, the service and time, or a recall's full journey.
- New ## One tap to text a patient when you change their appointment Move or cancel an appointment on the schedule board and a one-tap chip offers to text the patient about the change — in their own language, respecting opt-outs and texting hours.
