A STOP sent during a reply now ends quietly instead of creating a false Needs-you item. - Fixed ## Birthday greetings wait until they are ready Xona now finishes detecting the patient's language before claiming the greeting or using the day's send capacity, so an unfinished greeting does not get stuck. - Improved ## Secure booking links use the phone on file Returning patients can receive the verification code at the masked phone number already bound to their secure link, without retyping it or completing another bot check. - New ## See when Xona fixed an issue you encountered A verified receipt now appears beside an affected call, text, or follow-up.
